Due to the personalized nature of our work, all custom engraved and 3D printed products are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. Each piece is crafted specifically for you — with your unit, your rank, your design — making it unique to you alone.
However, Your Satisfaction Matters to Us
At CJO Works we take pride in every piece that leaves our shop. If there is an error on our part — such as an incorrect engraving, a defect in the finished product, or damage during shipping — we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work with you personally to find the best solution.
What We Ask of You
To ensure your order is completed exactly as you envisioned, please double check all details — unit name, class year, initials, design number, and rank type — before submitting your order. We engrave exactly what you provide us.
Custom Design Orders
For orders submitted with customer provided artwork or designs, CJO Works is not responsible for errors in the original file. We recommend reviewing your design carefully before submission.
