CLASS OF 2027

From Allen, TX
to College Station
Carson O'Connor grew up in Allen, Texas, where he learned early that good work speaks for itself. Before he ever set foot on the Texas A&M campus, he was already running his own pet sitting business — and when the time came, he sold it and moved on to the next chapter.

That next chapter came with a Navy scholarship and a place in the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets — following in the footsteps of his father, a Navy veteran who showed him what commitment and discipline look like up close. As a junior studying Geology and with an Engineering passion, Carson is drawn to the intersection of critical minerals, renewable energy, and advanced materials — the kind of big-picture thinking that shapes what comes next.

Between classes, Corps and Aggie Band duties, and serving with the music ministry on campus, Carson found a way to put his engineer's mind and Maker's hands to work. CJO Works was born from a simple observation: cadets earn their brass, and that brass deserves to be remembered. What started as engraving rank insignia for fellow Aggies has grown into a full custom engraving and 3D printing operation.

Every order is crafted with the same precision Carson brings to his studies and his service. This is a craft business built on Aggie pride, military tradition, and the belief that the things worth earning are worth keeping forever.
